cake falling in the middle
I am baking and my cakes keep falling in the middle just before taking them out of the oven. I do not open the oven until the minimum baking time has lapsed, and the are still very "jiggly". I continue to bake them READ MORE! |

How much cake?
I hope this is the correct place to post. How do you know how much cake to have for the reception? Does everyone eat it, or is it mostly for looks? We will probably have about 150 people. THANKS! READ MORE! |
